Today we’re going to assemble a portable computer that fits into in a lunch box. It’s a good Raspberry Pi beginner project, since it requires no coding or soldering and little tooling of any kind. All you have to do is acquire the parts, plug everything in and secure it within the lunch box.
What follows is a detailed description of a custom hardware project I did awhile back. I previously posted a simple how-to on another site, but I’ve had a lot of questions about how this was done, so I decided to write a more detailed account of the project. It’s a little rambling, but I hope you find it interesting enough to build your own cyberdeck.
