I think China is still closer, what with the likes of Tencent and Alibaba being true Megacorps dominating large aspects of everyday life in a way that Google and Facebook, albeit scary in their own right, are not anywhere close to.

You’ve also overlooked Singapore. There, Cyberpunk is already the present in many ways. Wired recently wrote a large article around that. Check it out.
